4M Plants Srl is an established company specialized in manufacturing bespoke extrusion lines and ATY machines, from LAB to Production scale. Our extrusion lines and air texturing machines are entirely designed and manufactured by 4M Plants, they come from more than 20 years of direct experience in producing multifilament yarns. The cost of maintenance has been reduced too, we have minimized customized components in favor of market ones, which are easy to be found in almost every market. All our plants are designed to: • Reduce waste costs and allow fast color change • Boost productivity and efficiency even on very small production lots • Maximize productivity by reducing operator fatigue and discomfort. All our extrusion lines are ready for Industry 4.0, they come with native remote maintenance communication interface and production logs. Expensive downtime for setup and installation has been reduced to the minimum; our smallest plants can be installed and start production in one day. 4M Plants uses the latest technologies to be ergonomic, functional and flexible in a reduced space, a reliable and innovative product that gives you a competitive edge. REAL PRODUCTION BEFORE SHIPMENT and PERSONALIZED TRAINING Since we are also yarn manufacturer all our plants are tested before shipment in our production environment, moreover we are in a position to offer training for your team at our premises using your plant before shipping it.

Compact PP - Spinning Machine -- ATY Air Texturing Machine
Compact PP - Spinning Machine Standard and High Tenacity We offer different base model frames that can be modified to follow the customer needs. Single or double side spinning plant equipped with single/double extruder. Draw section is provided with Retech rolls, each roll is coupled with brushless motor and driven by individual inverter. The machine is equipped with a full digital automation system with PLC and touch screen interface to manage the plant.
